1. Who we are

Owlyn Academy ("we", "us") is an IELTS preparation service operated by Owlyn Tech, Bangladesh, available as a mobile app and at owlyn.academy. Contact: support@owlyn.academy.

2. Your account

You need an account to use Owlyn Academy. Keep your credentials private; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).

3. Plans and payments

Free accounts get limited access. Paid access is sold two ways:

• Google Play subscriptions (inside the Android app) — auto-renewing, managed and billed entirely by Google Play, including any free-trial offer, cancellation, and refunds under Google Play's policies.
• Web passes (on owlyn.academy) — one-time, fixed-term purchases via SSLCommerz (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, cards, internet banking). Passes do not auto-renew. Buying a pass while one is active extends its end date.

4. Fair use

AI-marked essays, speaking reports, and diagnostics are subject to the caps of your plan. Automated, shared, or resold access, and attempts to bypass caps, may result in suspension.

5. Content and scores

Practice materials, AI feedback, and band estimates are for preparation only. They are our best honest estimate — they are not official scores and do not guarantee any result on a real test. IELTS is a registered trademark of the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia and Cambridge English; Owlyn Academy is not affiliated with, endorsed, or approved by them.

6. Termination

You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms; if we do so without cause, we will refund the unused portion of paid time.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect.
