Refund Policy

Web passes (paid via SSLCommerz on owlyn.academy)

• Within 7 days of purchase, if you have used no paid AI features (essay reports, speaking reports, or diagnostics beyond the free allowance), we refund the full amount — email support@owlyn.academy from your account email with the transaction ID.
• Duplicate or failed-but-charged payments are always refunded in full once confirmed with the gateway — report them to support@owlyn.academy.
• Refunds are returned through the original payment channel (bKash/Nagad/card via SSLCommerz) within 7–10 business days of approval.
• Passes are otherwise non-refundable once paid features have been used, because AI marking incurs real per-use costs.

Google Play subscriptions (bought inside the Android app)

Billing, cancellation, and refunds for Play subscriptions are handled by Google under Google Play's refund policy — request them through your Play Store account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
