What we collect

• Account data — name, email, password (hashed), study preferences (target band, test date, first language).
• Study data — test answers, essays, speaking recordings and their transcripts, scores, error patterns, and progress. This is the product: it powers your feedback, study plan, and progress tracking.
• Payment data — plan, amount, and a gateway transaction reference. Card/wallet numbers are handled by Google Play or SSLCommerz and never touch our servers.
• Device data — push token, app version, platform, and usage events (which features you use) to improve the product.

How we use it

To run the service: AI marking of your essays and recordings (processed by our AI providers under contract, never used to train their public models per their API terms), personalised study plans, progress analytics, and service emails/notifications you control in settings.

Storage and security

Data is stored on our servers and media on Cloudflare R2, encrypted in transit. Recordings and essays are private to your account and the reviewing systems. We keep data while your account exists.

Deletion

Deleting your account in the app removes your personal data within 30 days, except payment records we must keep for legal/accounting purposes.
